Lacy Webster is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for delivering exceptional care to residents in long-term care settings. With over a decade of experience in nursing, Lacy has held various roles at Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation, including RN floor nurse, Director of Nursing, Quality Assurance/Wound Nurse, and MDS Coordinator. Driven by personal experiences with her own family, Lacy realized her calling to help others and pursued a career in nursing. She obtained her North Carolina Licensed Nursing Home Administrator License in 2016, solidifying her commitment to providing quality care. Lacy’s compassionate approach and diverse skill set allow her to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. As the Administrator, she ensures that each resident receives personalized care in a nurturing environment. Her dedication ensures that residents receive the highest level of support and attention, while her leadership inspires the entire team to deliver outstanding care every day. An experienced healthcare professional, Daniel discovered his passion for nursing after witnessing the compassionate care provided during the birth of his daughter. Motivated by that transformative experience, he pursued a career in nursing and graduated from nursing school four years later. His career began in hospitals, where he excelled in emergency medicine and earned nominations for prestigious awards, including the Daisy Award. During the pandemic, he courageously served as a travel nurse on COVID units, further deepening his commitment to making a positive impact on others’ lives. In 2022, Daniel transitioned to long-term care, finding immense fulfillment in developing long-term relationships with residents. As the Director of Nursing, he leads the clinical team, ensuring residents receive exceptional healthcare with kindness, respect, and dignity. His ultimate goal is to create an environment where residents can enjoy their time and receive the best possible care. With a wealth of experience, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to excellence, Daniel is an invaluable asset to our organization.
